Deal News: FSM successfully advises KVT Beteiligung GmbH on the acquisition of shares in BDI BioEnergy International and BDI Betrieb

Under the leadership of our lawyers Felix Kirkovits and Alexander Ritlop and associate Elena Tscherne, FSM provided legal advice to KVT Beteiligung GmbH (KVT) on the acquisition of shares in the two subsidiaries of the BDI Group. The support included the entire contract negotiation and drafting process in connection with the acquisition of the shares in BDI BioEnergy and BDI Betrieb as well as advice on the contractual structure for the strategic cooperation between the three partners.
