FSM as coach at the Moot Court Public Procurement Law for the first time

WU Vienna and the Universities of Innsbruck and Klagenfurt once again organised the so-called “Moot Court Public Procurement Law” this summer semester. Selected students re-enacted a public procurement control procedure from the application to the judgement of the administrative court. FSM was involved for the first time as the supervisor of a team of WU and University of Innsbruck students.

The oral hearing took place on 20 June 2024 at the Federal Administrative Court in front of a high-calibre panel of judges (Dr Michael Fruhmann, BMJ / Huber Reisner, BVwG / Dr Ruth Bittner, FSW). It was an exciting and controversial-entertaining final. The winner was a team of students from the University of Innsbruck. Congratulations to them!
