Theresa Weger is an associate in our corporate and company law team with a focus on insolvency law. Theresa has been an enthusiastic golfer since childhood, and when she is not practicing on the driving range at the Millstättersee Golf Club, she can be found running in the Prater or doing Pilates.
Theresa Weger was born in Carinthia and studied law at the Karl-Franzens University in Graz. During her studies, she completed various internships in renowned law firms and gained experience abroad at the Sorbonne University in Paris. She completed her court clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Vienna. Before joining FSM Attorneys at Law, she worked as an associate at fwp in the areas of insolvency law, restructuring, financing and corporate M&A.
